Article 1 – General

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, services, and agreements by jannesdegroot.com, located in the Netherlands and registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96669713.

Article 2 – Services

Jannes de Groot provides tattoo artistry services as well as web development services, primarily using WordPress and Elementor.

Article 3 – Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are non-binding and valid for 14 days. Pricing is determined in consultation. A deposit is required to confirm an appointment or project. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance. Additional work outside the initial quote will be billed separately.

Article 4 – Payment

Payments can be made by cash or card. Invoices for digital services must be paid within 14 days. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

Article 5 – Liability

Jannes de Groot is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the website or tattoo services unless caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 6 – Intellectual Property

All rights related to designs, texts, code, and artwork remain the property of Jannes de Groot unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 7 – Cancellation

Projects or appointments may be cancelled up to 2 weeks before the agreed start date without additional charge. The down payment is non-refundable.

Article 8 – Governing Law

Dutch law applies. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
